Ask Allah to make it beneficial The first thing to do when it starts raining is to say “اللّهُمَّ صَيِّـباً نَافِعاً”, which means “May Allah grant us beneficial rain”. -Sunan An-Nisai Perhaps your sincere supplication will ward off any potential harm of the coming rain and instead bring about a great benefit.
